  I had issue with my Snow Blower. Went to there shop and they charged me $85 to pick and drop and $75 for diagnosis which is pretty reasonable and made the payment. After making the payment no one showed for two weeks and finally i read there reviews which were very negative.So i thought that they are not going to fix and i wasted my money. I called them and they said they didn't get a chance and if you want you can cancel the order. So i told them that i will send an email. No doubt it was holiday season. Since i didn't get a chance to follow and one day they called me and said we are coming to pick the blower. initially i was reluctant to give them after all negative reviews but then i gave them thinking that anyways it is not working what worse going to happen.
  Three days later they dropped the blower at my home fully repaired and pretty much the total charges were reasonable. I cannot say that they are highly recommended but i shared my experience and in future if i need any other repair will definately give them a chance.

  *** WARNING*** Believe all the negative reviews!
  Completely incompetent.
  Was sent here by Ridgid customer service to get an impact driver repaired. They "repaired the product"... I got it back in worse condition then when I delivered it. Was advised it would take 2 weeks to repair. I called multiple times for updates, ended up taking 6 weeks simply because their "customer service" staff didn't take care of the warranty claim in a timely manner.
  
  See pictures, when they gave me the driver back, the casing was not properly re-assembled, the LED lights on the front did not work, and the excessive bit wobble was no better. Staff were inconsiderate and incompetent. Have complained to Ridgid, Milwaukee, and TTI contacts as they should definitely not be an authorized service centre.

  Purchased many reconditioned and refurbished tools and a snow blower machine. Amazing price excellent service flawless product. Three years the equipment is running just like new.
  These guys are not only efficient but effective also.

  Another crooked repair shop. In Brampton. Why am I not surprised? My brand new snowblower that wasn't working due to them indicating there was no oil in the snowblower and they could not repair the engine. They wanted me to buy an engine which cost more than a fraction of what I purchased my entire snowblower for. It was returned me not even assembled back completely. Parts hanging in a bag with an "as-is" sticker placed on it.
  
  Absolutely despicable and third rate. If I could give less than one star, I would. Would not recommend this place even if it was closer to your area.

  Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable experience in this repair shop. I used this shop recently and I am very dissatisfied with the result and final cost. These men cannot be trusted with your equipment, your time or your money. The two men I spoke to, one of which was the owner, were petty and snake-like. They are more interested in their customers money, rather than the customers needs. As far as their work goes, it is mediocre at best. It is not worth the money and headaches. They also failed to communicate when the work was done, which was very inconvenient. Friends, believe me when I tell you that the aforementioned negative reviews are completely true. The men at Kingspoint are lazy, jaded, incompetent and rude. You should never go here.
