  Tania and Elise did such an amazing job of mine and my bridesmaids’ hair for my wedding. The styles were perfect and stayed in all day despite windy conditions. The girls were so lovely. It was such a good vibe, so chilled with such gorgeous hairstyles at the end. I highly recommend this salon!

  I’ve been going to beachcomber for quite a while now (a few years) for all sorts of hair needs from going blonde to regular styling and blow drying. I’ve generally always had a good experience as all their team are wonderful at their job and very friendly and accommodating. I’ve had a wonderful experience with Amber who did my blonde transformation however another stylist who I went to to match my natural colour at beach comber did go a little darker which around 5 months later still hasn’t faded so I’m a little disappointed with that experience As it’s a permanent decision and I wanted to match my hair so that I could stop dying it. Regardless I would 100% recommend this salon and would and will go back again. Just wanted to share my experience :)

  Unfortunately, cannot recommend Beachcombers, despite very pleasant staff. I had my roots coloured, supposedly to match the rest of my hair, however ended up with a very dark colour, and also a dark stain on my skin that took a few days and quite a bit of scrubbing to remove - this doesn't happen at my regular hairdressers! When it came to my hair cut, the hairdresser cut a horrible blunt edge that I have difficulty working with. I also paid for a blow dry that was not as good as I can manage at home ( I usually prefer the job done by the hairdresser).

  I made an appointment, specifically requesting a SENIOR hairdresser. I arrived 5 minutes early. I sat for more than half an hour when a different hairdresser washed my hair. I then waited another half hour with wet hair, before the JUNIOR hairdresser blow dried my hair. It wasn’t a great result either. I am not impressed that I had to wait an hour to have my hair just blow dried when I had an appointment and I didn’t get who I was originally booked in with. I could of done better myself. I don’t wait that long for a doctors appointment! Very disappointing.

  SO HAPPY!! Today I had a haircut with Judy, she did some beautiful face framing and curtain bangs. She did exactly what I asked for and did not cut off more than I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable and safe. I am obsessed with my new hair!
  
  I have previously had bad experiences with other hair salons in the past and was very nervous about returning to a hair salon after 2 years. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else. Judy made my experience so positive. I could not be happier! I will be a returning customer for many years to come
