  Extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory experience renting a holiday home through Raine & Horne Mollymook.
  
  The agency kept the bond for damage that had not been caused by the group staying at the house. The agent failed to account for the good character of the renters and that the house was located next to an individual who was threatening and intimidating to the group throughout the weekend. The supposed evidence used to demonstrate the damage was highly questionable. Renting a holiday house is based on mutual trust and professional courtesy. The agent at Raine and Horne failed on both counts.
  
  Be careful using Raine & Horne for any property needs - there are other reputable agencies in the area.
