  We recently used Michelle for conveyancing of house purchase. We were disappointed to discover she had not conveyed our wishes correctly to the title deeds office and feel she should have taken more care in this. We feel that being careful is an essential quality of a conveyancer, but unfortunately a quality which Michelle seems to lack.

  Unfortunately last year we didn't have a great experience with coast wide conveyancing and in particular Michelle. She lacked communication throughout the process, wouldn't answer calls, wouldn't provide us with a financial summary of what our contribution would be prior to settlement, she didn't tell us that settlement would be delayed by the owner, we heard it from the agent and advised us 1 hour after settlement that we had to pay stamp duty whilst we were advised from day dot that we would not have to. All of these issues could have simply be resolved with effective communication, which there was none of. When buying a house you rely on experts to assist in the process in the hope it would run smoothly and it was everything but smooth. We were finding out information from the agent rather than from Michelle and when our concerns were presented to Michelle in writing, she ignored our request for a response and we have never ever received an apology or acknowledge for her actions. I would just honestly think very wisely, especially if you are a first home owner, before using Michelle.

  Michelle & Toni did an excellent job for us in our recent sales and purchase. They were happy to help when we needed to have contracts prepared during their Christmas holidays. They were both friendly and efficient and our transactions happened without any delays. Would highly recommend them.
